Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
Pathways to Independence (the “charity”) is the sole owner of the websites pathways2independence.com and ptistl.org (the “Website”).
The Website provides forms that may be printed out and faxed or mailed to the Charity’s offices, however the Charity does not collect personally identifiable information from users directly via the Website. Personally identifiable information of clients, donors, employees and volunteers is not collected, stored, or accessible via the Website, and such information is only used internally or disclosed to third parties as necessary in order to facilitate the purposes for which it was provided. The Charity will not use your personally identifiable information other than for the purpose for which it was submitted without your consent. Pathways to Independence does not share the name and address of new or continuing donors outside of the organization.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Website.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
We do not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of the Website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.
