Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Pathways to Independence (the “charity”) is the sole owner of the websites and (the “Website”).

The Website provides forms that may be printed out and faxed or mailed to the Charity’s offices, however the Charity does not collect personally identifiable information from users directly via the Website. Personally identifiable information of clients, donors, employees and volunteers is not collected, stored, or accessible via the Website, and such information is only used internally or disclosed to third parties as necessary in order to facilitate the purposes for which it was provided. The Charity will not use your personally identifiable information other than for the purpose for which it was submitted without your consent. If we do disclose personally identifiable information to a third party service provider to conduct business as reasonably necessary (such as a credit card processing company when accepting donations via credit card) that company is prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Pathways to Independence does not share the name and address of new or continuing donors outside of the organization.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Website.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We do not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of the Website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.


A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We do not use cookies on this site.

This Website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by the Charity. Please be aware that we, the Charity, are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every other website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies only to information collected by this Website.

Communications from the Site

We do not send out newsletters or other unsolicited e-mail communication via the Website.

Non-Profit Corporation Transitions

In the event the Charity goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another charitable organization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, any personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via prominent notice on the Website for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of the Charity.
