Pathways to Independence is currently seeking to fill the following part-time positions:

Job Title: Bookkeeper/Quality Assurance Officer                    

Status: Part-time Hourly (16-24 hours per week – approximately $12 per hour)

Position Announcement:

Pathways to Independence (PTI) is seeking an individual with training in bookkeeping and  quality assurance and a passion for strengthening an organization that supports social interaction and community integration for individuals with learning disabilities, certain developmental disabilities and social communication disorders.   

A qualified candidate should be detail oriented, organized and able to work efficiently while managing multiple tasks.  

Critical responsibilities include:

  • Quality assurance systems tracking and reporting
  • Bookkeeping including receiving donations, processing accounts payables and receivables
  • Office volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, recognition and evaluation
  • Attributes desired include an enthusiastic, self-starter with good judgement. Knowledge of and proficiency in Quickbooks nonprofit and documentation standards are preferred.
